If you terminate cancel up to 36 hours prior to the last webinar of the month, a £25 processing fee will be charged.

If you terminate or cancel within 5 days to 72 hours prior to the last webinar of the month, you will not be charged for the following months webinars.

Terminations and cancellations made after the last webinar of the month or no termination or no shows will be responsible for 100% of the webinar cost.
