I was born in London and since childhood have had an interest in photography, sports and wildlife. I captained both the cricket and chess team and played in the football, basketball and tennis teams. After obtaining a BEng Software Engineering degree and spending a year at Oracle, I knew pretty earlier on that I wanted to find a way out of the daily grind. The 9 to 5 rat race lifestyle was something I was sure I did not want to be a part of. I did what all confused yet ambitious individuals would do soon out of university – do a TEFL course and travel the world teaching English. On my travels I spent a considerable amount of time with my beloved camera, which inspired me to pursue a career in my passion once back in London. Spending 5 years within the industry, I have managed to build up a list of clients both as a photographer and digital retoucher.
Despite this, I found myself working even longer hours than anticipated even if I mostly enjoyed what I was doing. Hence, over the last 3 years, I have dedicated all of my spare time mastering the art of trading. Trading came into my life by the way of his cousin, Imran who crossed paths with Javid. Both of us jumped on the opportunity to be mentored under Javid and Anne on the first Trading Apprenticeship and the rest is history as they say. I have gone from a complete novice to a trader making consistent profits with the knowledge and tools blessed upon me by my mentors.
I now share my time between my Bearded Dragon – Cecil, photography and digital artwork, travelling and working out.
I would finally like to thank Javid and Anne for their huge generosity and the massive impact they have had on my life, to Imran for having the heart to take the risks to chase our dreams in the first place and to the fellow bloggers. It is honour to be apart of the team.
